1. Purpose of the App

SuperworkerAI allows users to connect with external platforms, including Twilio and OpenAI, to send and receive communications such as SMS, WhatsApp messages, chats, and phone calls.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account or with your connected services.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and carrier policies when using Twilio, OpenAI, or any other third-party service.
• You are responsible for managing your own credentials, usage limits, and billing with those platforms.

3. External Accounts and Credentials

• The App connects to your Twilio and OpenAI accounts using API keys and secrets.
• These credentials are encrypted and used only to operate your account within the App.
• No storage method or network is perfectly secure; you use the App at your own risk.
• By using the App, you agree that the creators and maintainers of SuperworkerAI are not liable for any loss, leak, misuse, or unauthorized access involving your credentials, or for any unexpected charges or misbilling in your Twilio or OpenAI accounts.

4. Data Handling and Storage

• The App stores and processes data in the United States only.
• Data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the App or address user issues.
• The App's developers do not sell, trade, or share user data.
• Data may be accessed only for debugging, maintenance, or resolving support requests.

5. Payments

• The App may charge a recurring subscription fee for access to certain features.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe or another PCI-compliant payment provider.
• No payment card details are stored directly by the App's developers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for:

• Sending spam, fraud, or illegal content
• Violating Twilio or OpenAI's acceptable use policies
• Harassment, threats, or deceptive practices
• Any content that violates applicable laws or platform restrictions
• Emergency or life-critical communications (the App does not support 911 or emergency calls)

The developers reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
• No warranties are given, express or implied, regarding reliability, performance, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
• The App may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The creators, contributors, and maintainers of the App are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
• Total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for use of the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless those who build, maintain, or support the App from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your content or communications sent through connected accounts

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the maintainers.
