This Privacy Policy explains how SuperworkerAI ("the App") collects, uses, and stores information when you use it. By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the App Does
SuperworkerAI allows users to connect their Twilio and OpenAI accounts to send and receive messages, chats, and phone calls. The App operates using the credentials and data you provide.
2. Information Collected
The App collects and stores only what is needed to function:
- Account credentials: Twilio API Key and API Secret, and OpenAI API Key. These are encrypted and stored for as long as needed to operate your account.
- Configuration data: Message templates, phone numbers, or settings you create in the App.
- Operational logs: Metadata such as timestamps, error messages, and API usage counts, for debugging and performance monitoring.
- Billing data: If you subscribe, payment information is processed by Stripe or another PCI-compliant provider. The App itself never stores full credit card numbers.
- Support data: Emails or messages you send for help or feedback.
The App does not collect unnecessary personal details such as your address, contacts, or private messages, beyond what is technically required to deliver messages and calls.
3. How Information Is Used
The information collected is used to:
- Operate the App and its connected integrations
- Authenticate your Twilio and OpenAI connections
- Process payments (through third-party payment processors)
- Respond to support or bug reports
- Improve reliability and security
The data is never used for advertising, profiling, or training any AI models.
4. Data Storage and Location
- Data is stored and processed in the United States only.
- Credentials and configuration data are encrypted in storage and in transit.
- Access is restricted to those maintaining or supporting the App.
- Data is deleted when you disconnect your account, close your subscription, or request removal.
5. Sharing of Information
The App's maintainers do not sell or rent user information. Data may only be shared:
- With service providers needed to operate the App (e.g., hosting, payment, logging)
- When required by law or to investigate misuse or security incidents
- When necessary to respond to your support requests
6. Third-Party Services
When you connect Twilio and OpenAI, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them, including 10DLC registration, content policies, and any message-sending limits or fees.
7. Security
Security is a core focus, but no system is perfectly secure.
- All communication with the App uses HTTPS.
- Sensitive keys are encrypted and stored in secure environments.
- Users are encouraged to rotate credentials regularly and monitor usage in Twilio/OpenAI directly.
By using the App, you acknowledge these reasonable limitations and agree to use it at your own risk.
8. Data Retention
- Credentials and configuration data remain stored only while your account is active.
- Operational logs and diagnostic data may be kept for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and security.
- Payment history is retained as required by the payment provider's recordkeeping obligations.
- You may request deletion at any time, which will remove your credentials and stored data from the system.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adult users. It is not designed for individuals under 18 years old. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new Policy.
